Greatly enjoyed large and updated rooms.
Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect and very close to the centre of Galway, the city center and the downtown. The staff was fairly friendly & amiable. Nothing too much trouble, we spent a very relaxing time here...

The location was within a 10 minute walk to Galway city centre. Great for dinner and pubs - no need to call a taxi. The manager, Seamus, was wonderful. There were a few glitches with our room, however, they were fixed promptly.

Can't recommend highly enough for a flash stay
Clean room, comfortable shower, with a great pressure, made for a refreshing experience, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the location allows for easy access to the city center via a bus stop just outside the hotel.
For us it was ideal.

Convenient location to city centre. The room was clean.
The quality of the bed was very poor. A note was put under our door on the first night of our 3 night stay to say that the bed would be replaced - bed never replaced. Also, we felt the accommodation was not value for money compared to hotels in Dublin - when I mentioned this to a member of staff, he said "This is Galway, not Dublin".

The courtesy and help from the manager on arrival . I did not get his name but he was extremely helpful with regard to room upgrade ,directions to Conference centre and bus / taxi service. Room was clean and serviceable.
We were told when booking in, at reception breakfast was served until 11 but when we came for breakfast at 10 30 a very rude and dis interested young man told us breakfast was only until 10.
